This CMS is the most popular blogging platform in use on the Web and has about more than 60 million websites.

Matt Mullenweg and Mike Little founders of WordPress released it on 27th May, 2003. As of 19th February, 2014, more than 20 million downloads have been done for the latest 3.8 version. WordPress has been released under the GPLv2 [or later] license from the Free Software Foundation.

This site allows you to download and install a software script called as WordPress. For this purpose you are needed to have a web host who meets all the minimum necessities and a little time. This CMS can be fully customized and used for almost anything.
